There’s a small chance
that I have a sadistic side
who thoroughly enjoys
when people get served
karma on a silver platter,
fed by a silver spoon,
served fresh but cold,
while someone massages it
down their throats
But that’s why I keep her
locked away, with no key in sight

My feelings don’t need catering
Though you’re welcome to stop
the excuses for that person
when they act like a shitty human
That’s not catering to me
It’s being a good human
If you want to cater to me,
bring donuts

invaders with malicious intent…
And women who are angry.
Especially blunt women.

For a person who wears her heart on her sleeve, I sure can stow away feelings. I’m like that person who puts an important item in a memorable spot and promptly forgets where.

Sometimes I wonder
if I shall ever sleep again
or if I’m doomed to lie awake
on nights that turn to morning
while listening to darkness
and feeling a screens glow
with closed eyes

There are those
you can miss so much
it feels like missing pieces
Breathing is harder,
concentration flies away
on a squirrels back
And while you’re whole
all on your own
nothing is quite the same
until they’re by your side again

If someone calls you a “pussy”
it’s actually a compliment.
A pussy takes a knocking,
and keeps on walking.
It can push out a few kids,
and still be fit.
When that muscle is flexed,
some feel like they’re hexed.
Next time someone calls you a pussy,
give them a shit-eating-grin, and say thanks.
